I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist (#21302) since 2012, intuitively combining myofascial treatment work, structural integration, hot stones, trigger point protocol, fire cupping, gua-sha, acupressure, and craniosacral techniques. I work from two basic premises: that the balancing of our muscles and fascia- anterior to posterior, left to right- can get our bodies to some state of equipoise and balance in which we are actually comfortable; further, that when we regulate our nervous systems to some state of ease, our bodies themselves are remarkably adept at self-healing and regeneration.
